Asset Issuance Protocol

CarFi introduces a structured, multi-layered protocol for the issuance of real-world asset (RWA) tokens, designed to ensure transparency, traceability, and compliance. The protocol standardizes the onboarding process for asset originators while maintaining the flexibility required to accommodate diverse asset types and jurisdictions.

Every RWA project issued on CarFi must pass through a structured evaluation framework consisting of four pillars:

  1. Core Disclosures – Asset metadata, ownership history, valuation basis, and economic rationale;

  2. Legal Documentation – Proof of title, lien status, contracts, and transfer rights;

  3. Audit & Verification – Third-party reviews and validation reports of the asset and issuer;

  4. Web & Reputation Signals – Online presence, organizational transparency, social and regulatory signals.

These inputs are submitted through an issuer-facing portal and verified via smart contract logic, off-chain attestations, and oracle integration. Based on these inputs, each project receives a protocol-native verification score that governs its eligibility for listing, trading, and future composability.
